Salary Finance

Salary Finance is Financial Wellbeing platform that partners with employers around the world to help their staff become financially healthier. I Joined Salary Finance when they had 1 product, a low cost loan designed to help people consolidate their existing debt. We were able to offer people better rates than those typically offered to them due to the fact repayments were made directly from their salary.

Over the 3 years I worked at Salary Finance I helped to deliver 4+ more customer facing products as well as optimise them to achieve business goals. Working from discovery through to delivery and evaluation. I also worked to delivered new internal tooling as well as improve existing internal processes.

I joined as a sole designer and worked closely with the Head of Product to build out the product and design team. Once the team grew I gained new responsibility to mentor more junior members as well as manage them on larger projects.
